About Vaughn Financial Services

Simple, remote bookkeeping support for small business owners and solo entrepreneurs.

Vaughn Financial Services exists to help small business owners stay financially organized and confident. I provide clear, remote bookkeeping and back-office support so you always know where your business stands—without getting buried in spreadsheets or confusing jargon.

Our Story

Vaughn Financial Services was created for business owners who are great at serving their clients but overwhelmed by their books. After seeing how many small businesses struggled with messy records, late reconciliations, and unclear reports, I set out to make bookkeeping simple, friendly, and truly useful.

Today, I work 100% remotely with small businesses and solo service providers, helping them clean up their books, set up better systems, and stay organized month after month. You get accurate numbers, practical explanations, and support that fits the way you actually work.

Keep your books accurate and up to date

My mission is to help small business owners feel in control of their finances, not stressed by them. That means clean, accurate books, clear reports you can actually read, and straightforward support whenever you have questions.

Give you clear visibility into your cash flow and profitability

Our Mission

Remove bookkeeping stress from your to-do list
