I started Vaughn Financial Services because I enjoy helping small business owners feel more organized and confident in their finances.

I know choosing a bookkeeper is an important decision, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. I believe bookkeeping should feel straightforward, dependable, and personal.

Meet The Founder

I'm Cassaundra Vaughn, the founder of Vaughn Financial Services.

​

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Along with my education, I've gained more than five years of bookkeeping and accounting experience

working with businesses in a variety of industries.

​

I'm also Intuit certified, holding QuickBooks Online Certification Level 1, QuickBooks Certification Level 2, and the Intuit Bookkeeping Certification. I also have professional experience working with Sage accounting software. Together, my experience and certifications reflect my commitment to accurate bookkeeping, continued learning, and current best practices. I’m comfortable adapting to the accounting program a business already uses, subject to compatibility and the needs of the engagement.
